Unfortunately we have had to reluctantly take the decision to cancel/postpone the area closed 2019 that was to run on the 19th May.
With approximately 60 entries, even after extending the closing date (which we will incur costs by doing), the event simply isn't viable so we have decided to cancel. Should we attempt to run again later in the year we'll announce via the website calendar and the area Facebook page.
If you decided not to go to this event we'd be interested to know why so we can remove barriers to entry for the next event.
All Paypal payments will be refunded by the end of the week.
Apologies for the disappointment, we do not cancel events lightly.
