2020 has been an unusual year for Judo to say the least.
We still plan to run an AGM in the sense of clubs being able to vote on motions in December.
Unfortunately, for obvious reasons, we can't run a real meeting this year. However we would still like to encourage clubs to submit resolutions/motions for the AGM. Resolutions must be received by 24th November (
Resolutions can be sent to the area secretary by post if arriving before 24th November:

Clubs and individuals are of course welcome to submit questions to the committee at anytime (
Voting will have to be either postal or email, in both cases vote must include club name and number.
Email votes will only be accepted from the email address registered in at bjadojo.co.uk
