Notice is hereby given to all area clubs that the AGM will be held on the 28th November 2015 at 12 noon at Goole Leisure Centre.
Will members wishing to nominate persons for the Area Secretary and 3 committee members please send in their nominations, with a seconder, to the are secretary not later than the 31st September 2015.
Members wishing to send any resolutions for consideration at the above meeting must have these resolutions in the hands of the area secretary no later than the 31st September 2015. Any resolutions must be seconded by a member club.
Please note any person nominated for any of the above positions must have a current BJA licence on the dat the nomination is received and on the day of the Annual General Meeting. The nominated person must attend the AGM, unless a good reason is given and accepted by the area committee.
Member clubs proposing any resolutions for consideration at the AGM must be currently registered with the BJA on the day the resolution is received and on the day of the AGM. Both the proposer and seconder must be at the AGM to put forward their proposal.
