Ref seminar Dec 2009 revised answers for DVD

For those who took a copy of the World Flashes 2009 DVD from the Seminar at Goole in December, please note that the decisions on many of the flashes have changed due to the new Leg Grip and Block ruling which came into effect 1st January 2010.
 
The IJF decision sheet which was issued with the DVD is now out of date and I have updated the decisions which are shown on the attached sheet.
